SmartLab®
SmartLab® is a range of kilo lab products with reactor sizes up to 250 litres. Aimed at product development and small scale manufacture, the units contain generous space allocation for portable equipment.
A complete range of utility modules is available including units for clean-in-place, vacuum, heating/cooling, refrigeration and waste gas disposal.
SmartPlant
SmartPlant is the “big brother” to SmartLab® and offers production scale facilities for fine chemical and API manufacture. Units are fully factory assembled and tested before going to site. Processes operated by SmartLabs® are fully scaleable to SmartPlants.
HAPI Lab®
The development of highly active pharmaceutical ingredients is a major challenge facing the life science industries. HAPI Labs® have been used in aseptic pharmaceutical and radio pharmaceutical applications. Containment at nanogram levels can be achieved.
Pharmaspace®
The Pharmaspace® range of modular, ready-to-occupy facilities can be retrofitted to existing buildings or provide the basis of a new facility.
